Yes, as long as this request is made before sending the order - immediately send an email to info.online@makenotes.pt. If the order has already been shipped, you will have to place a new order.

The moment you confirm the order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and reference. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, please check in the other boxes: social, spam and promotions. Depending on the email settings, our confirmation email may stop there. Exchanges to Portugal Continental are FREE. (in case of promotions or sales, returns will be charged). Please send an email to info.online@makenotes.pt with the reference of your order and indicate the product you want to exchange and also the new product intended for exchange (be sure to mention the reference). Also indicate in the email the address where you want to receive the exchange, as well as the time window for delivery. Our carrier will deliver your exchange and collect the item / items at the same time.

Please send us an email to info.online@makenotes.pt indicating the product / products you want to return and send the order to: MAISMAB - Artigos de Papelaria, SA, Rua Senhora do Monte, nº551, 4415-350, Pedroso, Vila Nova de Gaia.

After receiving the product and if it is not in compliance, the customer has 15 days to make any claim. If this situation occurs, the due complaint must be submitted in writing within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After that time, Makenotes had the right not to accept any return on it, thus declaring it in perfect condition. Makenotes reserves the right not to accept any return if the merchandise is not in good condition or if it has already been used. In the event that the goods arrive damaged at the delivery address, this must be noted on the carrier's waybill.

It is not possible to return or exchange items on sale.

To create a Makenotes account, you must click on the icon in the top bar for the client account. To register, just associate a valid email and create a password for that purpose. Then, you will receive an email at the address indicated with a link that you must follow to confirm your account. Alternatively, you can register using your Facebook or Google account. By following these steps, you can start buying our items, easily and carefree!

To enter your account (previously created, as indicated in point 1), you must click on the icon in the top bar referring to the client account and you will be taken to a page where you can select the option login or register. To login, simply enter the email address and password for your Makenotes account. You can also login with your Facebook or Google account, if registered.


By accessing your customer account, you can change your personal data, password and associated addresses, at any time.


If you forget your password, you can click on the link in the login area. You will have to enter the e-mail address corresponding to your account and then you will receive an e-mail to recover your password, through which you will be able to define a new password.


By creating a Makenotes account, you can take advantage of our exclusive features and benefits:

  • Your personal data and billing and delivery addresses will be saved so that you can make your shopping experience faster and more effective;
  • Your order history, and its characteristics, will be saved on your page and can be consulted at any time;
  • The products you mark as favorites will be saved and will be available for consultation on your page;
  • Our newsletters and information about promotions in force in our online store can be sent to your e-mail, if you authorize it.

The creation of an account has no associated obligations and can be canceled at any time.


It is not mandatory to create an account. You can make purchases without registering, however, having to provide all your personal details and address each time you want to place an order.


If you wish to delete your account, you should contact Customer Support through info.online@makenotes.pt and ask them to proceed with the cancellation of your client account, without any problem.


The delivery of your items will take place within 2 to 3 business days, for orders in Portugal, and 3 to 4 business days, for orders in Spain, after confirmation of payment of the order, between 9 am and 7 pm.


If you have a special discount code, then you will not be able to see what the discount is on a particular item before arriving at checkout. When you are on the checkout page, you must write the code in the voucher field, and it will be automatically validated. If the code is valid, you will see the result of applying the discount to the cart on the right. You can then proceed with placing the order!
