After payment confirmation, MAKENOTES will check the availability of the ordered products and, if applicable, confirm this availability to the Customer, communicating the acceptance of the order by email, SMS or telephone. The agreement between MAKENOTES and the Customer will only be made after confirmation of the availability of the ordered products.

 

Delivery

MAKENOTES will inform the Customer of the order's shipment and estimated delivery date, indicating a code through which the Customer will be able to track the status of the order on the carrier's website.

Deliveries will take place at the Delivery Location indicated by the Customer when ordering (which will be your address by default), on business days, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Deliveries are only made in the territory of Portugal, including Azores and Madeira.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for deliveries in mainland Portugal have a cost of € 3.95.

Shipping costs for deliveries to the Azores and Madeira have a variable value plus VAT per order. Price on request depending on the volume/weight of the goods.

These values may suffer increases in the case of orders whose weight is greater than 300kg or 1m3. In these cases, MAKENOTES will contact the Customer to inform him of the increase in the cost of postage, which he may choose to cancel the order, with reimbursement of the amounts eventually paid, or for the payment of the increase in postage and maintenance of the order.

The risk of loss or damage of the products is transferred to the customer with the respective delivery.

MAKENOTES is not obliged to refund any amounts if the Customer refuses to delivery of the goods or does not proceed with the collection.

The products are carefully prepared and packed in the MAKENOTES warehouse; however, if the Client detects any evidence of violation of the packaging, he must immediately contact MAKENOTES and expose the situation through the number +351 229 958 865 or by email apoio.online@MAKENOTES.pt
